The various sweeping techniques will be demonstrated to determine which is the most effective for individuals and teams. Weight judgment drills and communication will also be practiced.
We have a SmartBroom which can be utilized in our Sweeping Clinics. It measures things such as Push Force, Pull Force, Frequency, and Sweeping Performance Index.
Our RockHawk wireless timing system can also be used to compare to stopwatch times to determine accuracy and consistency.
